Interactive Training Center was formed by several individuals specialized in communications and human resources who joined forces to provide services focused on the interactive component of relationships between individuals, whether independent professionals, employees or businesspeople.

Life-long education has become a buzzword and a fundamental concept for all people, whether in the workforce or not. It is the cornerstone of our founding member’s choices in their personal and professional lives and inspired the creation of this association.

This project’s objective is continuing education, which means managing specific aspects of intellectual capital and human resources; it is targeted at both small and medium enterprises.

Our areas of focus include language training, in terms of strengthening of one’s communication skills in the international realm, and multicultural interactive training, which we strongly believe is one of today’s most vital challenges. We also emphasize management training as a strengthening of communication skills to activate human resources to create value for the business.

The following thought, from an expert source, confirms the importance of our services:

“The future appears to suggest the need to include ideas, skills and the value of people in our budgets and management and planning tools. Key values will be entrepreneurship and knowledge, and the most precious raw material will be intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is expressed in a variety of ways: simply in the collection of knowledge and experience that grows around one or more individuals in the organization; or in communication and management skills”.
